ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Rich Blecher spent twenty years as a commissioned officer in the United States Air Force, deploying an astonishing thirty-nine times. While he navigated the demands of military life, his steadfast and understanding wife held down the home front, raising their three children.
After retiring in 2010, Blecher found an unexpected passion for storytelling when his son invited him to join a mini book club—just the two of them, reading and discussing sci-fi novels. For the first time, he discovered an ability to focus on books in a way he never could in his youth.
